Conyers provided Bermuda law advice and assistance to Aircastle Limited (“Aircastle”) in connection with the offering of US$650 million aggregate principal amount of its 5.000% senior notes due 2030 (“the Notes”) and the listing of the Notes on the Bermuda Stock Exchange (BSX). The Notes were issued by Aircastle and its wholly-owned subsidiary, Aircastle (Ireland) Designated Activity Company (AIDAC). The offering closed on 17 July 2025.

Conyers Securities (Bermuda) Limited subsequently acted as listing sponsor on the Notes’ BSX listing, which occurred on 26 August 2025.

Aircastle acquires, leases and sells commercial jet aircraft to airlines throughout the world. As of 31 May 2025, Aircastle owned and managed on behalf of its joint venture 272 aircraft leased to 78 airline customers located in 47 countries.
