Conyers provided Bermuda corporate and commercial and regulatory advice to the Fortress Bermuda Infrastructure Fund in connection with its equity investment in and financing arrangements with Wave Bermuda Ltd., trading as Horizon Communications (“Horizon”). The investment was facilitated through the Fortress Bermuda Infrastructure Fund, which was formed with the principal purpose to make investments in Bermuda-based infrastructure assets and opportunities.
