Conyers provided Bermuda law advice and assistance to Aircastle Limited in connection with a new US$300 million unsecured revolving credit facility with Mizuho Bank, Ltd., completed on 28 February 2023. The credit facility has a term of up to two years.
This credit facility is intended to strengthen Aircastle’s debt profile as it pursues opportunities to expand its aircraft fleet. Aircastle acquires, leases and sells commercial jet aircraft to 76 customers in 46 countries.
