Conyers has advised GLAAM, Co., Ltd (“GLAAM”), a leading designer and manufacturer of architectural media glass, and Captivision Inc. (“Captivision”), the parent public company, on their business combination with Jaguar Global Growth Corporation I, a special purpose acquisition company, which successfully closed on 15 November 2023.
Captivision is the surviving parent company in the statutory merger and its ordinary shares and public warrants began trading on 16 November 2023 on the Nasdaq Global Market under the ticker symbols “CAPT” and “CAPTW,” respectively.
Partners Matthew Stocker and Alex Davies, Counsel Matthew Harkness and Associate Mauricio Da Rocha of Conyers advised on the merger transaction, working alongside White & Case LLP and Lee & Ko who served as GLAAM’s U.S. and Korean legal counsel, respectively.
