Conyers provided British Virgin Islands and Cayman Islands legal advice to Ronshine China Holdings Limited (the “Company”) in connection with its issue of an aggregate principal amount of US$300 million 7.1% senior notes due 2025.

The Company is a property developer in the PRC that is headquartered in Shanghai and focuses on the development of mid to high-end residential properties in nine regions, including the Western Taiwan Straits Economic Zone, the Yangtze River Delta region, the Middle Reaches Region of the Yangtze River, the Guangdong Hong Kong-Macau Greater Bay Area, the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region, the Central China region, the Chengdu-Chongqing region and Northwestern cities.
