Conyers provided Bermuda law advice and assistance to Aircastle Limited (“Aircastle”) in connection with the offering of US$650 million aggregate principal amount of its 5.950% senior notes due 2029.
Aircastle plans to use the net proceeds of the offering for general corporate purposes, which may include the acquisition of aircraft, as well as refinancing a portion of its existing indebtedness. As of 30 November 2023, Aircastle owned and managed on behalf of its joint ventures 245 aircraft leased to 73 customers located in 42 countries.
