Conyers’ Hong Kong office has been recognised in Chambers Asia-Pacific 2026 with a Band 2 ranking in the Offshore Asia-Pacific Region category.

In addition, five lawyers have been individually recognised for their market-leading expertise in the categories of Offshore Corporate & Finance including Investment Funds and Offshore Dispute Resolution.

Head of Asia and Managing Partner of Hong Kong Office Christopher Bickley has retained his Band 1 ranking in the Offshore Corporate & Finance including Investment Funds category, joined in the guide by Consultant David Lamb (Senior Statesperson), Partner Richard Hall (Band 2) and Global Head of Investment Funds Piers Alexander (Band 3).

Partner and Hong Kong Head of Disputes and Restructuring Norman Hau, previously included in the Guide as “up and coming”, has advanced to Band 3 in the 2026 rankings for Offshore Dispute Resolution.

These results affirm the market-leading position of the Conyers Hong Kong legal team in these core practice areas. The first offshore law firm to establish a presence in Hong Kong, the office is this year proudly celebrating its 40th anniversary.

The Chambers Asia-Pacific Guide is a widely respected and authoritative publication of record that identifies and ranks the region’s leading firms and practitioners. The rankings, which are based on independent research and interviews with onshore firms, clients and industry partners, provide a comprehensive perspective of the offshore legal sector in the Asia Pacific region.

We congratulate the team on this recognition and are grateful to our valued clients and industry peers for their feedback and ongoing trust in the service we provide.
