Conyers provided British Virgin Islands and Cayman Islands legal advice to HKT Group Holdings Limited (“HKT”) in connection with the issue by its indirect subsidiary, HKT Capital Limited, of US$650 million 5.125% notes due 2036 under the US$3 billion guaranteed medium term note programme irrevocably and unconditionally, jointly and severally guaranteed by HKT and Hong Kong Telecommunications (HKT) Limited.
HKT (collectively with its subsidiaries) is a technology, media, and telecommunication leader with more than 150 years of history in Hong Kong providing fixed-line, broadband, mobile communication and media entertainment services, telecommunications and smart living services.
