Conyers is acting as Cayman Islands legal counsel to Inflection Point-led SPAC Maywood Acquisition Corp. (Nasdaq: MAYA) on its entry into a US$401.4 million business combination agreement with GOWell Technology Limited, which will result in the combined company becoming a publicly traded company upon completion of the business combination (subject to closing conditions).
GOWell is a leading global innovator in well logging technologies, offering comprehensive solutions in well integrity, environmental risk management, and production optimization for both traditional energy and energy transition markets.
The proposed business combination, which values GOWell at a pro forma enterprise value of US$401.4 million, combines GOWell’s strong operational foundation with Inflection Point’s access to capital and public markets expertise.
