Conyers has advised Long Table Growth Corp. on its US$172.5 million initial public offering on the Nasdaq Global Market.
Long Table Growth Corp. has undertaken its initial public offering of 17,250,000 units at a price of US$10.00 per unit and included the full exercise of a 2.25-million-unit overallotment option. The units are listed on The Nasdaq Global Market and trade under the ticker symbol “LTGR” and “LTGRW”.
Santander acted as the sole book-running manager for the offering. The Conyers team was led by Partners Alex Davies and Matthew Harkness, Senior Associate Mauricio Da Rocha and Associate Daniel Cannon, working alongside Perkins Coie LLP as lead legal counsel for the Company.
