Conyers provided British Virgin Islands legal advice to Pacific Cross International Limited (“Pacific Cross”) in connection with its acquisition by Paramount Life & General Holdings Corporation (“Paramount”).
Pacific Cross was founded in 1949 and provides travel and health insurance through its associated businesses across Indonesia, Thailand, the Philippines, and Vietnam. Paramount is a well-established Philippine-based insurer with a history dating back to 1950 and a strong presence in life and health insurance. With a proven track record in expanding access to healthcare through a wide-reaching network and innovative solutions, Paramount is expected to enhance the long-term growth potential of Pacific Cross across Southeast Asia.
