Conyers BVI acted for long-standing client Seven Seas Water Group (Seven Seas Group) in connection with the acquisition of the Seven Seas Group by EQT Infrastructure VI fund (EQT) from Morgan Stanley Infrastructure Partners (MSIP).
Headquartered in Tampa and Houston, Seven Seas builds, owns, and operates water and wastewater treatment plants across the U.S., Caribbean, and Latin America, with over 220 plants currently under management. The Seven Seas Water Group delivers water and wastewater solutions through its Water-as-a-Service® model to communities across the U.S., Caribbean and Latin America, addressing vital segments of the water value chain that are central to resilient supply and require significant long-term investment.
