Conyers provided Bermuda legal advice to Concord New Energy Group Limited in connection with the secondary listing and quotation of its issued ordinary shares of par value HK$0.01 each on the Main Board of the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited (SGX-ST).
Concord New Energy Group Limited is one of the first HKSE-listed renewable energy companies specialising in the investment, development and operation of wind and solar power projects as well as the provision of comprehensive renewable energy related services.
