Conyers provided Bermuda legal advice to Yuexiu Transport Infrastructure Limited (“Yuexiu Transport Infrastructure”) in connection with the issue of the third tranche of its 2026 medium term notes in an aggregate amount of up to RMB1.2 billion on the National Association of Financial Market Institutional Investors.
The notes comprise two tranches:
- Tranche 1, with an initial issue amount of up to RMB600 million and a maturity of two years; and
- Tranche 2, with an initial issue amount of up to RMB600 million and a maturity of five years,
with a two-way reallocation permitted between the two tranches without restriction on the reallocation ratio.
Yuexiu Transport Infrastructure, established in 1996 and previously named GZI Transport Limited, has invested in, built and operated bridges, expressways and ports across China.
