Conyers advised ACP Holdings Acquisition Corp. as Cayman Islands legal counsel on its US$1.4 billion business combination with May Mobility, Inc., a leading autonomous vehicle technology company. Upon closing, the combined company will become publicly listed on Nasdaq.
Following the business combination, the combined company is expected to become the first US publicly listed pure-play autonomous ride-hail technology company – a significant milestone for the autonomous vehicle sector.
The transaction implies a pro forma enterprise value of approximately US$1.4 billion.
