Anna’s practice focuses on complex cross-border commercial litigation. Prior to joining Conyers, Anna was a Senior Associate at a leading offshore law firm, where her practice covered a wide range of contentious matters. Her experience includes advising and acting for listed companies, financial institutions, ultra high net worth individuals and insolvency practitioners in relation to shareholder disputes, asset recovery and enforcement actions, trust disputes and insolvency-related claims involving multiple jurisdictions.

Anna is fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese.

Experience

Prior to joining Conyers, Anna has:

  • Acted for a multinational corporation on an international asset recovery matter spanning 12 jurisdictions
  • Represented a majority shareholder in a hostile takeover involving the stay of BVI proceedings pending HKIAC arbitration
  • Represented a trustee in high-value trust litigation and a Beddoe application in the BVI
  • Acted for the provisional liquidators in relation to the Cayman winding-up of a Hong Kong listed company with liabilities exceeding US$1 billion
  • Acted for a Hong Kong listed company in its successful application for provisional liquidation in the Cayman Islands
