- Represented Indonesian and multinational companies as debtor and secured creditor in suspension of debt payment obligation and bankruptcy proceedings
- Represented Indonesian and multinational companies as purchaser and seller in multiple land acquisitions across West Java, Indonesia
- Representing Indonesian and multinational companies in various litigation matters
- Advised and assisted Indonesian and multinational companies in the share acquisitions, joint venture setups, corporate restructuring strategies, convertible loan agreements, spin-off process, and general corporate matters
