Bunge completed the move of its group holding company from Bermuda to Switzerland. The new holding company, Bunge Global SA, is a Swiss corporation with shares listed on the NYSE under the ticker symbol “BG”. The transaction was effected by a reverse triangular merger pursuant to a Bermuda scheme of arrangement.
