Conyers acted as Bermuda legal counsel to Easy One Financial Group Limited (“Easy One Financial”) on the HK$514 million privatisation of Easy One Financial by way of a scheme of arrangement (under Section 99 of the Companies Act 1981 of Bermuda) and its subsequent delisting from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
Easy One Financial provides financial services and engages in money lending and securities trading businesses. It also specialises in property development services.
