Conyers provided Cayman Islands legal advice to Glamor Vision Ltd. in connection with its NT$27.18 billion buy out of Ginko International Co., Ltd. (“Ginko International”), a company listed on the Taiwan Stock Exchange, by way of a “going-private” merger.

Glamor International is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Glamor Vision Ltd. merged with and into Ginko International with Ginko International being the surviving company resulting from the merger.

Ginko International engages principally in the development, manufacture, and sales of eye care products including contact lens.
