Conyers provided British Virgin Islands and Cayman Islands legal advice to Sunkwan Properties Group Limited (“Sunkwan”) in connection with its offer to exchange any and all of its outstanding 12.75% senior notes due 2022 and the issue of an aggregate principal amount of US$139.2 million 13.5% senior notes due 2023 in exchange for validly tendered notes in the exchange offer.
Sunkwan is a property developer with comprehensive experience focusing on the Yangtze River Delta Economic Region focusing on residential property development as its core business and the development of commercial properties to maintain a balanced development portfolio.
