Conyers has advised Inflection Point Acquisition Corp. III on its US$419 million reverse merger with A1RWATER. The transaction completed on 14 August 2026.
Following the business combination, the combined company, Air Water Ventures Limited, commenced trading on the Nasdaq on 17 August 2026, under the ticker symbol “WATR.”
The Conyers team advising on this transaction included Partners Alex Davies and Matthew Harkness, Senior Associate Mauricio Da Rocha, and Associate Daniel Cannon, working alongside White & Case LLP as lead legal counsel for Inflection Point.
