Conyers has advised Inflection Point Acquisition Corp. V on its business combination with GOWell. The transaction closed on September 25, 2026, at a pro forma enterprise value of approximately US$401.4 million.
GOWell Energy Technology officially begun trading on the NASDAQ on Monday September 28, 2026, under the ticker “GOW”. The transaction combines GOWell’s operational foundation with Inflection Point’s access to capital and public markets expertise.
