1) Corporate Governance:
- Advising independent directors on the board of Cayman Islands funds and general partners to:
- ensure compliance with all corporate governance rules that apply to entities regulated by the Cayman Islands Monetary Authority (CIMA)

3) Automatic Exchange of Information (AEOI) Compliance Services:
- Providing an individual to assume the role of Principal Point of Contact (PPoC) on behalf of funds as required by the Cayman Islands Department for International Tax Cooperation (DITC)
- Assisting with registration of funds with the IRS (obtaining a Global Intermediary Identification Number (GIIN)) and with the Cayman Islands DITC
- Assisting with annual investor reporting services to ensure compliance with all Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act (FATCA) and Common Reporting Standard (CRS) obligations
- Liaising with the Cayman Islands DITC with respect to FATCA and CRS issues as and when they arise
- Assisting with deregistration of funds at the end of the fund’s life cycle
4) Company Secretarial and Board Support Services:
- Liaising with the board members, service providers and other stakeholders to arrange meetings
- Drafting the agenda and circulating for review and comment
- Collating and distributing meeting packages
- Initiating and attending committee meetings in person or via telephone
