Partner, Christopher Bickley and Associates Beverly Cheung, David Stubbs and Rhys Williams advised TPG Global, LLC and Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan Board on their US$470 million acquisition of Dream Cruises, an Asian-based luxury cruise line owned by Genting Hong Kong. This matter has also been shortlisted for Private Equity Deal of the Year by IFLR Asia-Pacific Awards 2020.
