Partner
Flora Wong is a Partner in the Corporate department of Conyers’ Hong Kong office. She joined Conyers in 2005.
Before joining Conyers, Flora practiced as a Hong Kong corporate lawyer at a major law firm. Since then, she has focused on capital markets, including initial public offerings in Hong Kong, the United States, and Taiwan, as well as joint ventures, capital restructuring and reorganisation, debt financing, private equity and mergers and acquisitions. She also advises on bank financing and general commercial matters.
Flora is fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin, and is experienced in advising clients on cross-border transactions requiring both legal and language fluency. Her clients include banks, multinational corporations, listed companies and law firms.

- Acted on Hong Kong listed privatisations of Beijing Capital Grand Limited, Capxon International Electronic Company Limited and Vantage International (Holdings) Limited, using schemes of arrangement under Cayman and Bermuda law
- Supported the HKEX listings of Cayman incorporated issuers including Wei Yuan Holdings Limited, Hongcheng Environment Technology Company Limited and MS Group Holdings Limited
- Counseled on the US listings of Jianzhi Education Technology Group., Ltd., a Cayman incorporated digital education company, Kuke Music Holding Ltd., a Cayman incorporated digital music platform, Globavend Holdings Limited, a Cayman incorporated e-commerce logistics developer, and Kandal M Venture Limited, a Cayman incorporated manufacturer of luxury leather goods
- Assisted Gourmet Master Co Ltd and Chlitina Holding Limited, Cayman incorporated companies, in their primary listings on the Taiwan Stock Exchange
