Flora Wong is a Partner in the Corporate department of Conyers’ Hong Kong office. She joined Conyers in 2005.

Before joining Conyers, Flora practiced as a Hong Kong corporate lawyer at a major law firm. Since then, she has focused on capital markets, including initial public offerings in Hong Kong, the United States, and Taiwan, as well as joint ventures, capital restructuring and reorganisation, debt financing, private equity and mergers and acquisitions. She also advises on bank financing and general commercial matters.

Flora is fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin, and is experienced in advising clients on cross-border transactions requiring both legal and language fluency. Her clients include banks, multinational corporations, listed companies and law firms.
