Yan Li is a Senior Associate in the Singapore Corporate practice. She joined Conyers in 2018.

Yan Li’s practice covers all aspects of corporate and commercial law in relation to the jurisdictions of Bermuda, the British Virgin Islands and the Cayman Islands.

She advises on a variety of capital market transactions across a range of sectors. She also provides assistance to investment advisers, funds industry players and fund managers on the formation and restructuring of mutual funds and private funds in the Cayman Islands.

Prior to joining Conyers, Yan Li worked as an Associate in a Singapore law firm where she dealt with a breadth of corporate and intellectual property matters. Yan Li also has experience in regulatory and compliance law, having worked with statutory boards and companies in relation to their corporate governance and legal compliance issues.
