Conyers is pleased to announce that its Hong Kong office has been shortlisted across multiple categories at the ALB Hong Kong Law Awards 2026, recognising the firm’s strength across offshore legal services, restructuring and insolvency, dispute resolution and corporate transactions.
The firm has been shortlisted in the following Law Firm Categories:
- Offshore Law Firm of the Year
- Restructuring and Insolvency Law Firm of the Year (the firm’s first-ever submission and nomination in this category, and the only offshore law firm shortlisted)
In the Individual Category, Partner and Head of the Hong Kong Disputes and Restructuring practice Norman Hau has been shortlisted for Dispute Resolution Lawyer of the Year. Notably, Norman is the only offshore lawyer nominated in this category for the second consecutive year.
Conyers has also been recognised in the M&A Deal of the Year category for its involvement in the following shortlisted transactions:
- Genor Biopharma’s Reverse Takeover Merger with Edding Group, led by Anna Chong, Michael Yu
- Tencent Music Entertainment’s Acquisition of Ximalaya, led by Anna Chong, Angie Chu, Michael Yu, Erik Bodden and Alecia Johns
