Conyers Dill & Pearman has recently expanded its Cayman Islands office with the appointment of Associate Paul Ebanks in the Corporate Practice.

Paul was called to the Cayman islands Bar in 2016 and was previously an associate at another leading Cayman Islands law firm. His expertise includes advising hedge funds, investment managers and financial institutions on the full life cycle of various CIMA regulated and unregulated Cayman Islands entities (establishment, operation, regulation and termination). He also advises on a broad range of corporate and commercial matters.
