Conyers advised special purpose insurer, Mona Lisa Re Ltd. on Bermuda law matters in connection with its new Series 2021-1 US$250m catastrophe bond issuance sponsored by Renaissance Re Holdings Ltd., which was listed on the Bermuda Stock Exchange. The transaction included the issuance of US$250m Series 2021-1 Class A Principal-at-Risk Variable Rate Notes due July 8, 2025.
