Conyers advised Drakewood Capital Management Limited with respect to its launch of a master/feeder investment funds structure including two Bermuda investment funds classified as Institutional Funds by the Bermuda Monetary Authority – Drakewood Prospect Fund Limited and Drakewood Prospect Fund Limited (the “Drakewood Funds”). The Drakewood Funds will invest in precious, non-ferrous and ferrous metal futures, forward contracts and related options, and derivative instruments. Drakewood Capital Management Limited is a UK based investment manager registered with the FCA.
