Wayne’s experience includes a range of practice areas including financial regulations, asset management and investment funds.

Prior to joining Conyers, Wayne was a practicing solicitor in the Financial Regulation, Corporate M&A and Insurance groups of a leading law firm in Ireland. Following which, he was acting international regulatory counsel for a globally recognised fintech firm where he assisted business units in Ireland, Europe and North America.
