Claire O’Flynn

Claire O’Flynn is a company secretary and is also a fully qualified Irish Solicitor (non-practising) specialising in litigation and insurance matters both in private practise and in house.

Claire also has experience in the insurance field assisting in legal and regulatory matters for a multinational insurance company.

Claire joined Conyers in 2022 having previously worked as a company secretary for another international law firm based in the Cayman Islands. Claire has extensive experience in the provision of board support services to all Cayman Islands domiciled entities including investment funds and their affiliated entities.

Claire is highly experienced in multiple areas of Cayman Islands regulation including beneficial ownership.
