Daniella Carrazana is an Associate in the Corporate and Regulatory & Risk Advisory practice in the Cayman Islands.

Her practice encompasses a broad range of corporate and commercial matters, with a particular focus on fund finance, investment funds, regulatory compliance and general corporate matters.

Daniella advises clients on all aspects of general corporate law, including company formation, governance, mergers and acquisitions, and cross-border transactions. She has experience drafting and negotiating a wide array of commercial agreements and corporate documentation, ensuring that clients’ business objectives are met with legal precision and efficiency.

In the area of fund finance, Daniella represents both lenders and fund sponsors in connection with subscription credit facilities, NAV-based lending, and hybrid financing structures. She provides strategic guidance on structuring and documenting these facilities, ensuring alignment with fund documentation and regulatory requirements.

Daniella also advises on regulatory and compliance practice includes advising on anti-money laundering obligations, economic substance requirements, data protection, and other key regulatory regimes applicable to Cayman entities. Daniella regularly assists clients with regulatory reviews, internal compliance assessments, and the development of policies and procedures to meet evolving legal standards. In this practice she also assists clients with licensing, regulatory compliance, and ongoing corporate governance along with provides support to clients in navigating the Cayman Islands Monetary Authority regulatory framework and various regulatory filings and correspondence.
