Conyers provided Cayman legal advice to CAR Inc. and Indigo Glamour Company Limited in connection with the privatisation of CAR Inc. by way of Voluntary General Offer & Compulsory Acquisition.
CAR Inc. was listed on the Main Board of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong (Stock Code: 699) and is primarily in the car rental business in mainland China.
Indigo Glamour Company Limited is a special purpose vehicle established by one of the largest private equity funds in Asia, MBK Partners.
