Conyers provided Cayman Islands legal advice to Lufax Holding Ltd (“Lufax”) in connection with its US$2.36 billion initial public offering in the United States of ordinary shares of par value US$0.00001 per share of the company in the form of American Depositary Shares on the New York Stock Exchange. (NYSE: LU)
Based in Shanghai, Lufax is an online finance marketplace that operates in multiple business such as wealth management and retail credit facilitation in China.
