Conyers acted as special legal counsel in the Cayman Islands to Bitauto Holdings Limited (“Bitauto”) in connection with the privatization merger of Bitauto with Yiche Holding Limited and Yiche Mergersub Limited.
Bitauto (NYSE: BITA) is a leading provider of internet content & marketing services, and transaction services for China’s automotive industry. Bitauto’s business consists of three segments: advertising and subscription business, transaction services business and digital marketing solutions business.
