Most recently, Conyers advised New Oriental Education & Technology Group Inc. on its HK$10.13 billion (US$1.31 billion) IPO, Shanghai Gench Education Holdings Limited on its HK$605 million IPO (US$78 million), and Meten International Education Group in connection with a merger transaction involving EdtechX Holdings Acquisition Corp. and a related private placement to institutional investors.
