Conyers was named the Best Offshore Law Firm for the ninth consecutive year at the China Business Law Awards 2021.
The firm was once again recognised as number one for its high quality of work and client services.
In addition to the Best Offshore Law Firm award, Conyers won two awards in the Education and Family Wealth Management categories. The firm’s experience in these sectors is outlined below.
Education
Conyers has a wealth of experience in the education sector. In the past five years, the firm has advised over 10 educational institutions on their IPOs and on a number of mergers. Most recently, Conyers advised New Oriental Education & Technology Group Inc. on its HK$10.13 billion (US$1.31 billion) IPO, Shanghai Gench Education Holdings Limited on its HK$605 million IPO (US$78 million), and Meten International Education Group in connection with a merger transaction involving EdtechX Holdings Acquisition Corp. and a related private placement to institutional investors.
Family Wealth Management
