Conyers provided Cayman Islands legal advice to Bestway Global Holding Inc. (“Bestway Global”) in its privatization by Great Success Enterprises Holdings Limited by way of a scheme of arrangement under section 86 of the Companies Act and its withdrawal of listing from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
Founded in 1994, Bestway Global manufactures and distributes water leisure products and has factories located in the Yangtze River Delta area which eases logistics and shipping.
