Conyers acted for Big Yellow Group plc (“Big Yellow”), the UK self-storage company listed on the London Stock Exchange, on its acquisition of Pirbright Holdings Limited (“Pirbright”), a BVI property holding company, via a subsidiary of Big Yellow. Big Yellow will own 100% of the issued shares of Pirbright which in turn owns the Kensington Centre, 66 Hammersmith Road, London.
