Conyers provided Cayman law advice to Coreworth Investments Limited, Harmony Creek Investments Limited and Rich Horizon Investments Limited, collectively the buyer group, on the privatisation of Yintech Investment Holdings Ltd by way of short form merger and subsequent de-listing from NASDAQ.
Yintech Investment Holdings Ltd. is a holding company that offers spot commodity trading services through its subsidiaries in China.
