Conyers provided British Virgin Islands and Cayman Islands legal advice to Kingsoft Cloud Holdings Limited (“Kingsoft Cloud”) in connection with two initial mergers and a final acquisition merger involving :

(i) the initial merger of Benefit Overseas Limited and Avenoir Limited with Avenoir Limited as the surviving company;
(ii) the initial merger of Dreams Power Ltd. and Phosphene Limited with Phosphene Limited as the surviving company; and
(iii) the acquisition merger of Camelot Employee Scheme INC. and Iridescence Limited with Iridescence as the surviving company.

Conyers acted on behalf of Kingsoft Cloud, Avenoir Limited, Phosphene Limited and Iridescence Limited.
