Conyers provided Cayman Islands legal advice to Longfor Group Holdings Limited (the Company) in connection with its issue of an aggregate principal amount of US$250 million 3.375% senior notes due 2027 and an aggregate principal amount of US$400 million 3.850% senior notes due 2032.
The Company is an investment grade national leader in China’s real estate market, primarily engaged in property development, investment and management with a strong presence in, and a focus on, first and second-tier cities in Western China, the Pan Bohai Rim, the Yangtze River Delta, Central China and Southern China, and Hong Kong.
