Conyers provided Bermuda legal advice to OM Holdings Limited (“OM Holdings”) in connection with its secondary listing on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”) in Malaysia.
OM Holdings’ primary listing is on the Australian Securities Exchange. The secondary listing of OM Holdings on the Main Market of Bursa Securities was on 22 June 2021.
The OM Holdings group is engaged in the business of mining and trading raw ores and the smelting and marketing of processed ferroalloys, with over 25 years in the industry.
