Conyers’ Bermuda office acted for affiliates of real estate funds managed by The Blackstone Group Inc. in their acquisition of all of Dream Global Real Estate Investment Trust (Dream Global REIT) subsidiaries and assets in all-cash transaction valued at US$6.2 billion.
With the completion of the transaction, units of Dream Global REIT are expected to delist from the Toronto Stock Exchange on and Frankfurt Stock Exchange.
