Conyers provided Bermuda law advice to PureCircle Limited (“PureCircle”) in connection with its GB£185 million privatisation by way of scheme of arrangement by Ingredion SRSS Holdings Limited.
Listed on the London Stock Exchange Market (LSE:PURE), PureCircle is one of the leading producers of high-quality stevia sweeteners for the global food and beverage industries. Founded in 2002, it is headquartered in Chicago and has offices around the world as well as a large-scale stevia extract facility in Malaysia.
