Conyers acted as Bermuda counsel to Vantage International (Holdings) Limited (the “Company”) in connection with its privatisation by Fame Yield International Limited by way of a scheme of arrangement under Bermuda law and its subsequent delisting from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
The Company is principally engaged in contract work, property investment & development and provision of finance business in Hong Kong.
