Conyers worked alongside Latham & Watkins, US counsel to Endeavor, on the acquisition by WME IMG China of 100% of the equity interests of Wishstar Enterprises Limited, the BVI holding company of multiple entities (collectively, “Mailman”).
Mailman is a digital sports agency and consultancy serving global sports properties. Mailman Group services clients including the NHL, FIFA, Under Armour, NBA and Chelsea FC in areas from digital strategy and marketing to social media, production, digital partnerships, PR and e-commerce.
