Conyers provided Bermuda legal advice to Yuexiu Transport Infrastructure Limited (the “Company”) in connection with its 2020 first tranche RMB 1 billion medium term notes with maturity of up to 3 years issued by the Issuer on the National Association of Financial Market Institutional Investors.
Founded in 1996, the Company was formerly known as GZI Transport Limited and has invested, constructed and managed bridges, expressways and ports in China.
