Conyers provided Cayman Islands and British Virgin Islands legal advice to Zhixin Group Holding Limited (“Zhixin Group”) in connection with its HK$280.5 million share offer of 187,000,000 shares on the Main Board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong. (Stock Code: 2187)
Zhixin Group, with its subsidiaries, manufactures and supplies building products throughout China, primarily focusing in the Fujian Province.
